Victoria Jayne Baitson is the owner and operator of Euphoric Epiphany. When she isn’t working, she lovingly refers to herself as the bad ass/hot mess mom of three.
Victoria has made her passion and curiosity for sexual science a heart centred entrepreneurial career. This was started after getting a Bachelor’s Degree of Communication for Information Design, and then figuring out she wasn’t good at the design part. Victoria took the informational, instructional, and research skills with her to her new career path.
Euphoric Epiphany is on its way to becoming the best resource on sex, relationships, and pleasure for moms. Victoria aims to provide support, knowledge, and tools for women to reach their unique sex and relationship goals!

What is the one thing that should be taught in school that isn’t already? Better sex education! Including: what healthy relationships look like, that sex IS pleasurable. How to asses your own risks without judgement. Learn about the vulva, not just the vagina. I could GO ON!

How would your friends describe you? Funny, there are other words, but I have always been considered funny in my friendly circles.

Do you have a favourite quote?
Deepak Chopra — ‘Sex is always about emotions. Good sex is about free emotions; bad sex is about blocked emotions.
One word to describe your business? Compassionate.
Do you think women feel intimidated in business? I believe it is MEN (I’m talking big picture here, not individuals) that feel intimidated with women in business, and thus make professional environments hostile to work in as women. I think that is why so many women are becoming entrepreneurial.
How do you achieve work-life balance, does it exist? Balance is a tricky thing, I believe a lot of us try to find a 50/50 when we first start thinking work-life balance. That doesn’t work for a lot of people, the balance can look SO DIFFERENT for everyone. You have to find what works for YOU. I know I am still working on it. I am grateful for a partner who supports my need for balance…and wine.
How did you get where you are today, and who/what helped you along the way? SO many people have helped me along the way. This may sound a little cliche but the biggest person to thank is my mom. She is my biggest supporter and my passion for the science of sex comes from her sitting us in front of Sue Johansen every Sunday in my youth.
Other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success? I make the work I do be about my passion and make my personal values and beliefs my companies values and beliefs. I intend to always feel like I am doing my part to make this world better than I found it.
What would you tell woman entering into the same field? READ as much as possible and always be educating. If you have a calling for this work, then the world needs you to do it!
When budgeting and building your business, what is one thing you spend or spent money on that you believe is “worth the money”? Logo and branding. A logo and branding is the window to the soul of your business. I felt legit and ready to get my business seen when I received my branding package.
What habits help make you successful? If I don’t know something, I say so. Then I figure it out. I know I’m an expert, and I know that I know A LOT, but the science is still being explored and discovered. There are personal experiences I haven’t heard and explored yet. I feel very comfortable in saying that there are things I do not know.
Is there anything else you would like to share with the women of the world who are thinking of entering into business for themselves? Find a problem you are the solution to. Find people who believe in what you do. Find kindness and compassion for yourself. And in the words of Shia LaBeouf “JUST DO IT!”
